تلقينا ببالغ الحزن والغضب الشديد نبأ استشهاد الشخصية الوطنية والثقافية كامل شياع على ايدي عصابات الجريمة والارهاب التي تعبث فسادا في عراقنا المنكوب بهؤلاء القتله ومن يقف ورائهم، المعادين لتطلعات شعبنا العراقي في الحرية والاستقرار والسلام والديمقراطية. ان اغتيال هذه الشخصية الثقافية تعتبر خسارة للعراق وللثقافة العراقية. وندعو الحكومة والاجهزة الامنية إلى التحرك بسرعة للقبض على مرتكبين هذه الجريمة البشعة.
نتقدم الى اهل واصدقاء وزملاء ورفاق الفقيد بالتعازي الحارة واعمق مشاعر مواساتنا راجين لهم الصبر والسلوان وللفقيد الغالي الذكر الطيب على الدوام .

The Iraqi Democratic Youth Federation condole the martyrdom of the national patriotic & educational Iraqi personal Dr.Kamil Shiyaa

Terribly and regretfully in great rage and grief received the news of the martyrdom of the Iraqi national patriotic & educational personal Dr. Kamil Shiyaa who unfortunately has assassinated by the criminal terroristic hands that messing in corrupted ways in our stricken country. Those infamous assassinators and who backing them, those who against our people's will in democratic, free and peaceful life. The assassination of that educational figure is a big disaster for Iraq in general and specially for the Iraqi education. And from our behalf, we call for the Iraqi security forces in all their agencies rapidly go forward to detain those who committed that shameful horrible crime as soon as possible. We present our greatest respectful regards to the family, friends and his comrades of the deceased in great condolence from inner most, hopping the good patience to them and everlasting most beautiful memory of the Dr. Kamil Shiyaa.
